Acadia Healthcare in Covington, LA is seeking FT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Day and Night shifts to join Covington Behavioral Health Hospital.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with the treatment team, and document patient progress. The role offers comprehensive benefits, competitive pay of $20-$28 per hour with night shift differentials, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• One or more years' nursing experience in clinical area preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care per plan.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patients' needs and safety.
• Provide for basic patient comfort and implement care plans.
• Administer medications safely according to orders.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of progress.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
