Tory Burch is seeking a Key Holder for its Short Hills, NJ store. You will open/close the store, manage registers, and lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role requires 2–4 years in high-volume retail, strong selling and communication skills, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

You will help embody Tory Burch brand values and maintain visual standards while driving sales and providing outstanding service.

A Day In The Life: The typical day is… atypical. You might be building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals, creating the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge, understanding and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each other and the customer while ensuring all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. As a Key Holder, you will also perform store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing the store. Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is 18.00 USD - 22.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
