Job summary

Tory Burch in San Diego is seeking a Key Holder to deliver a transformational client experience, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You will build relationships, utilize product knowledge, and embody Tory Burch's lifestyle in daily interactions with customers.

The role requires 2–4 years in a busy retail setting, strong sales and communication skills, and open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also handle opening/closing duties and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge, communicating Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Maintain and communicate the Tory Burch brand lifestyle with customers and teammates; follow all sales and operational policies.
• As a Key Holder, perform store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing the store.
