Job summary

Beckley Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting for a FT Maintenance Technician in Beckley, WV. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment checks, repairs, and safety compliance to ensure high-quality resident care.

You'll work with a team, attend training, and follow center and corporate policies while performing routine maintenance and outdoor repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Make preventive maintenance rounds.
• Log and date all equipment checks and tests.
• Log and date all preventive repair and routine replacement.
• Perform routine, damage, and cosmetic repairs.
• Perform outdoor maintenance and cosmetic repair.
• Attend training and orientation programs to maintain quality of care.
• Perform other related maintenance activities as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with departmental and corporate policies and safety standards.
