Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a attentive wait staff member to assist residents and guests in dining services. You will greet guests, take orders, communicate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely service in a safe environment.

Roles include setting tables, maintaining sanitation, and supporting infection control procedures. Experience not required, on-the-job training provided, with a focus on communicating clearly with elderly residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform wait staff duties during meals, greet guests, take orders, and relay requests to the line cook.
• Set and maintain clean dining room tables and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and proper food handling per policies.
• Provide accurate temperature documentation and food labeling when required.
• Support residents with dining needs and maintain pleasant dining environment.
