Southeast Clips in Perry, Georgia, is looking for a full or part-time hair stylist. This high volume salon offers flexible hours and an established customer base, ensuring favorable conditions for earnings.

We strive to maintain the highest effective wage in the market, offering a base wage supplemented by productivity and product commissions, plus tips. Last week, our salon staff averaged $31.26/hr, with none earning less than $20/hr.

A $300 signing bonus and comprehensive training are also provided.

Qualifications

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.
