Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate to join our Omaha store and lead customer engagements with passion for music. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, mentor teammates, and help maintain an energetic retail environment.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting-edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.
• Customer Relationship Building: Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go-to in the local music community.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
• Store Support and Operations: Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed.
