Job summary

Civitas Senior Living's Alexis Pointe community in Wimberley, TX is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant / Server to join our compassionate team. You will provide warm hospitality, take orders, serve meals, and help keep dining areas inviting for residents and guests. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a stable schedule with guaranteed paychecks.

Experience in food service is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Residency in Texas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting.
• Versatile Role: Waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance.
• Kitchen Collaboration: Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Detailed Excellence: Complete all shift duties, including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement.
• Menu Mastery: Know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions.
• Careful Documentation: Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
• Community Engagement: Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
• Safety First: Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Adherence to Excellence: Follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with our mission.
