Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix – a HumanGood community is seeking a Cook for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 6am–2:30pm) in Phoenix, AZ. You will prepare meals meeting quality and dietary standards, including catering prep and broad cooking methods.

Required: prior culinary or food service experience. Food Handler’s certification; ServSafe preferred. Enjoy a competitive hourly rate and the chance to contribute to a purpose-driven senior living community.

• Provides meals that are properly cooked, tasty, and attractive meeting high standards for quality and presentation and ensuring dietary needs are met.

Description

Under general supervision, the Cook's primary objective is the preparation of food items to ensure high standard of quality and quantity to meet the needs of the residents for the Residential Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support and Health Center Dining Room. Handles food in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food preparation standards.

Hourly Pay: $20-$24.25/hr depending on experience

Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays 6am - 2:30pm
