Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team at New Hampshire Technical Institute. You will perform food preparation, quality checks, and creative plating to serve students and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume scratch cooking, strong knowledge of culinary methods, attention to detail, and customer service experience. This is a full-time, onsite role with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
