Calista Corporation seeks a diligent Utility Operator to monitor and maintain critical utility systems in a healthcare facility in New Mexico. You will support Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators while performing rounds across HVACR, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety infrastructure.

The Utility Operator provides 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of the facility’s critical utility infrastructure. While supporting Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators in the Central Utility Plant (CUP), this role primarily performs general facility-wide rounds to detect and resolve malfunctions in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems. The Utility Operator ensures the continuous functionality of the medical center through proactive inspections and the use of DMLSS/LogiCole for logging all rounds and maintenance activities.
