Responsibilities

• Key Control Management: Maintain control over keys for compactor, receiving doors, and vendor doors; log check-ins/outs; report lost/damaged keys.
• Receiving Operations: Receive/verify shipments; inspect goods; log discrepancies; coordinate receiving schedule; ensure proper temp control for perishables.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate stock movement; conduct cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies; optimize inventory levels.
• Damaged Merchandise Processing: Assess/process damaged items; maintain records; dispose of unsalvageable items per policy.
• Return to Vendor (RTV) Management: Coordinate RTV shipments; prepare documentation; maintain RTV records.
• Inventory Reporting: Assist with inventories and provide data for analysis; participate in full counts and improve reporting.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors; coordinate deliveries; resolve issues.
