Job summary

Chick-fil-A South Loop in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, cook and present food safely, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and a positive, customer-friendly approach. Training is provided, and Sundays off and flexible hours may be available depending on the shift and restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Practice Food Safety behaviors to create a culture focused on food safety
• Practice workplace safety and procedures by utilizing Personal Protective Equipment
• Keep the kitchen organized and clean
• Follow daily restaurant cleaning checklist

Note: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time, the team member may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
