Job summary

Judson Road Animal Clinic in Longview, TX is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our freestanding facility with six stalls and a mix of small animals and equine patients (about 30% of caseload).

You will perform 30-minute appointments, participate in on-call rotations monthly, and handle a blend of wellness, diagnostics, and surgery/dentistry, in a collaborative team environment. New grads are welcome and mentored.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree with Texas veterinary license or eligibility.
• Willingness to work in a clinic with equine patients (30% caseload).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and a desire to mentor new grads.

Responsibilities

• 30-minute appointments with patients.
• On-call once a month.
• Wellness, diagnostic, and surgery/dentistry duties.

For over 25 years, Judson Road Animal Clinic has served a longstanding clientele within the greater Longview, TX community. While many of our patients are small animals, we also welcome equine patients which comprise 30% of our caseload. We are proud of our freestanding facility with a newly built barn and six stalls. Though we are in the heart of Longview, we also pride ourselves on our small-town friendliness.
