Nephrologist Opportunity – Full-Time & Part-Time Options Available

Join a physician-owned and physician-led organization providing comprehensive renal care to underserved and rural communities across the United States. We are seeking nephrologists interested in a flexible practice model combining onsite clinical care with telehealth-supported coverage.

This team partners with hospitals and healthcare systems to deliver inpatient nephrology services, acute dialysis, and comprehensive outpatient care through a collaborative care model supported by advanced practice providers and technology-enabled telehealth platforms.

Practice Structure
