The Annual Dialysis Conference is seeking nephrologists for a flexible practice model across multiple locations. The role combines onsite clinical care with telehealth-supported coverage, with APP support and a physician-led organization.

Applicants should be MD or DO, BC/BE in internal medicine and nephrology, and have completed an accredited residency and fellowship. J1 sponsorship may be available for some sites.

This team partners with hospitals and healthcare systems to deliver inpatient nephrology services, acute dialysis, and comprehensive outpatient care through a collaborative care model supported by advanced practice providers and technology-enabled telehealth platforms.

Practice Structure

• Growing CKD and ESRD patient populations
• Typically 1-2 clinic locations and 1-3 dialysis centers per site
• Single affiliated hospital per location
• Average inpatient census of 5-10 patients per day
