Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an FSQA Supervisor to support food safety and quality assurance programs at a Stockton, CA facility. The role ensures products meet established quality and safety standards and supports audits and inspections.

The candidate will work with production teams, review quality records, and train staff on safety procedures. The schedule includes Sunday through Thursday shifts with Friday/Saturday off.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs and quality systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• SQF experience is valued; BRC/BRCGS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily food safety and quality activities on the production floor.
• Provide guidance to quality personnel and partner with production teams to address quality concerns.
• Monitor compliance with GMPs, sanitation practices, and quality procedures.
• Review quality records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Investigate nonconformances and support corrective actions.
• Assist with internal and external audits and inspection readiness.
• Help train employees on food safety and quality requirements.
