Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English communication for regulatory paperwork and corrective actions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mathematical proficiency for data checks and calculations.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good organizational and handwriting clarity for documentation.
• Solid interpersonal and communication abilities with team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to Food Safety systems through process monitoring and documentation.
• Verify QA process controls and documentation across shifts.
• Maintain food safety documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Direct product disposition, inventory control and reconditioning procedures.
• Verify sanitation via pre-operational inspection of equipment.
• Communicate with production, maintenance and supervision to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with USDA personnel to resolve regulatory issues.
• Attend training in Quality Control, Human Resources and related areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
