Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking a FSQ Lab Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift in Germantown, WI. The role focuses on quality monitoring, testing, and sanitation compliance across manufacturing processes.

You will execute sampling, testing, and release activities for raw ingredients and finished products, while maintaining documentation and contributing to continuous FSQ improvements. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BSc in Food Science or Food Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to document, describe and interpret records and specifications.
• Experience in QA within food or beverage manufacturing helps.
• Trained in HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines across manufacturing processes.
• Perform physical and chemical testing of batches and products.
• Sample, test and release bulk and refrigerated ingredients.
• Complete pre-operation sanitation and change-over compliance.
• Perform CIP validation and allergen testing.
• Coordinate collection and storage of finished product samples.
• Create events for nonconforming ingredients and materials.
• Verify sanitation and allergen controls and document records.
• Coordinate verification/calibration of inline equipment.
• Support root cause analysis and customer complaint investigations.
• Contribute to FSQ documentation improvements and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
