EY is seeking a Senior FAAS professional to drive growth by developing new client relationships and leading skilled project teams. You will deliver first-class engagements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

The opportunity

Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is growing exponentially, and as a senior you will play a key role in that growth. Your key role will be to drive growth by developing new and enhancing existing client relationships, lead highly skilled project teams and deliver a first-class customer experience through high profile engagements. Your Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic to intermediate knowledge of complex financial accounting concepts.
• Manage projects and engagements profitably by leading the team to perform efficiently.
• Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments. Stay informed of general business/economic developments and their impact to the client.
• Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks.
• Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.
• Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the FAAS team

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure in your work state
• At least 2 years of related work experience in audit field for insurance, banking or asset management industries
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

Ideally you'll also have

• Knowledge of current market issues in financial services in the US
• Experience with FPNA & Reinsurance

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job is:
  • New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $109,000 to $163,400
  • Bay Area California offices – $113,500 to $170,200
  • All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $90,800 to $149,800
• Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
• Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
