Job summary

MSC Industrial Direct Co.,Inc. is seeking a Full Time FSL Order Filler in Harrisburg, PA to pull and package orders accurately and on time, and to manage VMI at the FSL location. This role requires lifting up to 40-50 lb, operating RF scanners, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

You will use Prophet 21 ERP, support customer service goals, and contribute to MSC culture while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:

The FSL Order Filler position requires the team member to pull and package orders in an accurate and timely fashion and will also be responsible for VMI at the FSL location.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Order pulling in the Floor Area of Warehouse
• 
  Scanning parts with a RF Scanner gun

  Counting part physically or with a scale

  Maintaining a clean work environment
• 
  Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose. Professional customer service

  Use of or an understanding of the ERP operating system (Prophet 21)
• 
  Knowledge of bin fill systems and VMI operations
• 
  Ability to communicate to all internal and external stakeholders

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel

Compensation starting at $39,520.00 - $69,300.00 depending on candidate location and experience.

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
