What You’ll Do

• Coach with Passion: Deliver pre-programmed FS8 workouts that challenge members while keeping the energy electric.
• Build the Tribe: Foster a supportive, inclusive community where every member feels seen and motivated.
• Master the Craft: Use your expertise to provide real-time form corrections and modifications, ensuring a safe and elite experience.
• Level Up: Utilize our internal "Launch Pathway" to grow your career within the global FS8 network.

What You Need (The "Must-Haves")

• Accredited Pilates Certification: Such as a Diploma/Cert 3/4 in Pilates, STOTT, Peak Pilates, Breathe Education, or Balance Body.
• Fitness Credentials: An NCCA-approved CPT or Group Fitness Instructor certification (e.g., NASM) is also accepted.
• Safety First: Current, valid CPR and AED certifications.
• The "Factor": A magnetic personality and a genuine desire to help people move better and feel stronger.
