International Sports Sciences Association is seeking an FS8 Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver structured, high-quality group training sessions and foster a supportive studio culture.

You will play a key role in member retention, experience, and community development while contributing to ongoing coaching education and studio events. Compensation is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Accredited Reformer Pilates Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong coaching presence and communication skills.
• Passion for movement, wellness, and helping members achieve results.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-programmed FS8 workouts with confidence, precision, and high energy.
• Provide real-time coaching, movement corrections, and exercise modifications.
• Ensure member safety while maintaining an engaging and supportive class environment.
• Support members of all fitness levels and training backgrounds.
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.
• Support new member onboarding and long-term retention efforts.
• Represent FS8 and Apex Wellness Group with professionalism and positivity.
• Participate in required in-house training and ongoing coaching education.
• Assist with member check-ins, booking support, and scheduling coordination.
• Support inventory management, equipment organization, and supply tracking.

Role Overview

As an FS8 Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will deliver structured, high-quality group training sessions while creating a supportive, motivating, and inclusive studio culture. You will play a key role in member retention, experience, and studio community development.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Member Experience

• Deliver pre-programmed FS8 workouts with confidence, precision, and high energy
• Provide real-time coaching, movement corrections, and exercise modifications
• Ensure member safety while maintaining an engaging and supportive class environment
• Support members of all fitness levels and training background

Community & Studio Culture

• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming studio environment
• Support new member onboarding and long-term retention efforts
• Represent FS8 and Apex Wellness Group with professionalism and positivity

Professional Development

• Participate in required in-house training and ongoing coaching education
• Continuously develop Pilates, functional strength, and mobility coaching skills
• Support studio events, workshops, and community initiatives when needed

Administrative & Team Support

• Assist with member check-ins, booking support, and scheduling coordination
• Support inventory management, equipment organization, and supply tracking
• Maintain studio organization standards to support daily operations and member experience
• Collaborate with studio leadership and team members to ensure smooth and efficient studio operations
• Support studio marketing by assisting with social media content creation
