Job summary

You will also help unload shipments, maintain inventory counts, and support the supervisor with daily tasks. Experience with ERP entries (E21) and daily measurement records is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic math skills including rate, ratio, and percent.
• Ability to provide accurate records and logs.
• Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fryer for the day (install screens, fill oil).
• Maintain proper oil temperature and dwell time.
• Run necessary amounts of pellets through augers and into the fryer.
• Season the proper amount of pork rinds.
• Keep packaging machines full of product as required.
• Unloading pellet shipments and maintaining inventory counts.
• Scan items in E21 and keep accurate E21 records.
• Keep the floor cleaned up with a squeegee and perform required cleaning.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
