Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Fryer Operator in Glendale Heights, IL for a long-term opportunity. This role operates fryer equipment, monitors temperatures and oil levels, and ensures products meet time/temperature/weight specifications.

You will follow HACCP and GMP food-safety standards, perform material handling, report quality issues, and lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend shifts are required; on-the-job training provided. Pay is $18.50 per hour.

Formación

• Experience operating fryer equipment and monitoring oil temperatures.
• Follows HACCP/GMP food safety standards and government regulations.
• Ability to control product specs: time, temp, weight, appearance.
• Weekend availability for shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
