Job summary

The candidate must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to PPE, and precise inventory handling are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work in extreme cold and wear PPE.
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble orders for shipment using handheld scanners or voice picking systems.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality according to pick lists.
• Ensure accurate labeling and staging of outbound orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in freezer areas.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and freezer gear protocols (PPE provided).
• Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors.
• Work in freezer temperatures (-10°F to -20°F / -23°C to -29°C) for extended periods.
• Assist in restocking and rotating inventory as needed
