Job summary

Festival Foods in Appleton, WI is seeking a part-time Frozen Food/Dairy Clerk to stock milk, yogurt, pizza, ice cream, and related items while delivering high-quality guest service. You will work with center store teams to keep displays neat and products available, and support the Frozen/Dairy department’s standards.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness on the sales floor.

• Excellent guest service and friendly communication with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of store safety policies and ability to identify hazards.

Responsibilities

• Provide Helpful Guest Service by greeting guests and answering questions.
• Assist with Product Requests for frozen and dairy items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
• Rotate stock using FIFO to ensure freshness.
• Ensure product availability on display and within stock levels.
• Support department standards for quality and cleanliness.
