Job summary

Pyramid Foods in Monett, Missouri is seeking a Frozen Associate to join our team in the Frozen Department. This full-time, mid-level position focuses on maintaining a well-stocked, merchandised department and delivering friendly service in a clean store environment.

You will work in a friendly, flexible team setting while following company policies, assisting customers, and contributing to daily operational tasks such as stocking, inventory, and departmental upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
• Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
• Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
• Adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies
• Maintaining shelf conditions in the Frozen Department including daily cleanings
• Ordering frozen products as instructed by manager
• Tracking inventory and making sure shelves are properly stocked
