Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in High Point, NC is hiring a Froster to craft our signature frosting and apply it to the full range of products for walk-in, pre-ordered and marketing orders. You’ll keep the display case stocked and ensure samples are available.

You will help maintain par levels, keep the frosting station clean, sanitize equipment, and support other departments as needed. The role requires physical stamina and a team mindset; great hours, uniforms provided, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced bakery.
• Strong teamwork, integrity, and initiative.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders.
• Keep retail cases stocked with Bundtlets, 8‑inch and 10‑inch cakes and back-up sample trays.
• Maintain par levels in cooler or case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs and sample trays.
• Make frosting when stock level is below par.
• Keep frosting area, tables, microwave and tool bins clean and sanitized according to local codes.
• Assist other departments as needed and directed
• Track frosting material inventory.
