Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification must be current and IHSA coaching certifications must be maintained.

• Demonstrates excellence in creating meaningful experiences for student-athletes.
• Makes sound decisions under stress and maintains safety.
• Communicates professionally with parents, staff, and students.
• Enforces clear athlete conduct and accountability.
• Oversees supervision of student-athletes during events and transit.
• Operates within district policies and LFHS Athletic Code.
