As a Customer Service Team Member (CSTM), you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service, maintaining clean and well-presented facilities, and ensuring each customer feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. Whether you’re taking orders, packing meals, or helping with customer queries, your positive energy and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

If you work in the Food Service Team (FSTM), you’ll be part of the heartbeat of the restaurant – the kitchen. Here, you’ll have the satisfaction of preparing the fresh, delicious chicken that the whole country loves. From following our iconic recipes to maintaining equipment and keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and organised, you’ll help deliver the high-quality food that keeps our customers coming back.
