The position requires prior customer service or porter/lot attendant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or porter/lot attendant roles is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers in a polite, helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Move and park customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Keep the service drive, lot, and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Assist with vehicle retrieval when service is complete.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Occasionally answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and assist with basic inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person.
• Support team members with light administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
