Qualifications

• Active Paramedic license issued through Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to 911 calls and other emergency/non-emergency incidents.
• Conduct full patient assessments and initiate advanced treatment modalities.
• Perform life-saving procedures such as intubation, defibrillation, medication administration, EKG interpretation.
• Manage critical care and trauma patients in coordination with EMTs.
• Accurately document all patient care activities in accordance with legal standards.
