Job summary

GRACE Marketplace is seeking Facilities Team Members to help maintain our Gainesville campus in a clean, safe, and functional condition. This front‑line role involves janitorial tasks, basic maintenance support, inspections, and assisting with special projects, while reflecting our core values of Safety, Impact, and Respect.

You will interact with guests, staff, volunteers, and community partners daily, contributing to a welcoming environment and seamless campus operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance or repair experience.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Strong communication and follow-through to coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated building areas and restrooms.
• Stock and organize supply rooms and closets.
• Inspect buildings, restrooms, equipment, and safety items regularly.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Support large projects and deep cleans as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent campus needs.
• Communicate work orders and priorities clearly to supervisors.
