Job summary

4M Building Solutions seeks a General Cleaner in Saint Augustine, FL. You’ll be a frontline essential worker trained in our green-cleaning practices, with no prior experience required.

You’ll help keep facilities clean and safe, wipe surfaces, replenish supplies, and report issues to maintenance. In this part-time role, you’ll join a friendly team, earn $13 per hour, and enjoy benefits like daily pay, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401k match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• No janitorial experience required (we train you in best practices).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Team member must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary per OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks and drips as you notice them.
• Be a friendly face of 4M: reliable, courteous and resourceful.
