Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Frontier GenAI FDE to embed with clients, translate high-value GenAI use cases into solutions, and rapidly prototype impactful AI-enabled systems. You will work alongside senior client teams to deliver measurable business outcomes from day one.

You’ll mentor others, build scalable AI engineering patterns, and contribute reusable assets while balancing quality, cost, and risk across engagements. Travel ~50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, DS or Engineering.
• 3+ years of software/data/analytics engineering experience.
• 1+ years building GenAI/LLM solutions in production environments.
• 1+ years with Frontier GenAI Platforms: Claude API, Claude for Enterprise or similar.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams and translating business problems to AI.
• 1+ years writing reliable, maintainable, well-documented code.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify needs and translate use cases into solutions.
• Partner with leaders and engineers to align priorities and delivery.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver AI solutions using industry expertise and emerging capabilities.
• Contribute within an FDE pod and mentor newer team members.
• Deliver production-quality code with testing, CI/CD, logging, and docs.
