Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer II for Frontier ADC to build innovative GenAI services in GovCloud and isolated environments.

You will work with AWS customers to deliver scalable AI services, drive operational improvements, and influence architectural decisions within the team. Basic qualifications include 3+ years in software development and a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent required for professional software development.
• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• US Government Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (or higher) preferred.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to resolve contentious issues and drive projects.
• Code in Java or Python to build and improve systems.
• Develop and deploy solutions across thousands of devices at scale.
• Lead automation and security campaigns, improving operations and reliability.
