Job summary

AIUC is hiring an engineer to own the customer integration and evaluation workflow end to end in our SF office. You will manage the path from signed customer to delivered results, including authentication, interfaces, and running agents in our evaluation system.

You will build bespoke integrations when needed, deliver results directly to customers, and decide on AIUC-1 standard conformance. You will work across Delivery, Core Engineers, Sales, Standards, and customer engineering teams to turn

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in a startup or integration/forward deployed role
• Experience reading API docs, credential chasing, building integrations
• Ability to own customer relationships, scope work, set expectations, deliver bad news early
• Customer obsession: their problem is your problem and you see it through
• Discipline to turn field learnings into reusable solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the path from signed customer to delivered results and tests
• Build one-off integrations when product fit is not yet ready
• Deliver results directly to the customer and own technical details
• Decide if a customer meets the AIUC-1 standard
• Collaborate across Delivery, Core Engineers, Sales, Standards, and customer teams
• Turn field observations into product improvements
