Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking a frontend engineer to own frontend across product and marketing surfaces, ensuring a cohesive user experience and consistent branding for the web app and marketing pages.

You will develop our CMS with Sanity, enable localization, drive performance optimizations, and collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketers to translate business goals into fast, accessible interfaces.

Qualifications

Marketing or growth-facing web experience with business context.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar).
Strong performance and accessibility improvements in production.
Experience with headless CMS and structured content models; Sanity a plus.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration with designers, writers, and marketers.

Responsibilities

Own frontend across product and marketing surfaces.
Build content infrastructure with Sanity CMS to enable self-serve tooling and editing workflows.
Champion growth by implementing analytics and experimentation.
Make localization first-class with multilingual content workflows.
Treat performance as a feature with Core Web Vitals and asset optimization.
Maintain accessibility with semantic markup and keyboard navigation.
