Job summary

Aircall is seeking a front-end specialist to build and maintain web pages using Storyblok and Next.js, delivering pixel-perfect, SEO-friendly experiences aligned with marketing briefs.

You will collaborate with designers and content managers on A/B tests, page optimization, and content blocks, while ensuring technical hygiene and QA. In-person 2 days/week in New York, with a base salary range of $115,000–$130,000 USD and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Web Development or related field.
• Experience with headless CMS (Storyblok) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and UX basics.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple updates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work in-person 2 days a week in New York.

Responsibilities

• Build and update website pages using CMS (Storyblok) and frontend framework (Next.js /Vercel stack).
• Translate designs and briefs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and SEO-friendly web experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and content managers to run A/B tests and optimize landing pages.
• Troubleshoot broken links, form integrations, performance issues, and UX bugs.
• Own staging environments and QA all site changes before publishing.
• Monitor performance using Analytics tools to support marketing insights.
