A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with strong analytical and collaborative skills. This position is full-time and located in Des Moines, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end web design experience focused on websites and landing pages.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to leverage engagement and conversion data.
• Experience with startups or high-growth organizations is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and iteration of multiple websites across the OpenLoop brand.
• Design high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure design accuracy.
