Job summary

Fractal Analytics is hiring a UI Developer to translate design concepts into functional, visually appealing interfaces. You will work on front‑end development with a focus on responsive design and accessibility, collaborating with designers and backend teams.

Location is in Texas area (San Antonio/Dallas). The role requires strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills and experience with modern frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Responsive design across devices and screen sizes.
• Cross‑browser compatibility knowledge.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem solving and debugging abilities.
• Attention to detail for pixel‑perfect UI.

Responsibilities

• Translate UI/UX designs into functional code with visual fidelity.
• Apply user‑centric design principles to interfaces.
• Maintain aesthetic layout, typography and color consistency.
• Implement accessibility standards for inclusive UX.
• Collaborate with designers and back‑end developers for integration.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to the team.
• Identify and resolve UI bugs and performance issues.
• Prototype UI elements to test interactions.
