Job description

We are seeking an experiencedFront-End Technical Lead with strong expertise in Angular to lead and drive the front-end architecture and delivery of large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can combine technical execution with team mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, including components, modules, routing, forms, and RxJS/state management patterns.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, including delegation, mentoring, architecture decisions, and ownership of delivery from inception to release.
• Strong understanding of integrating with RESTful APIs, including troubleshooting contract or data issues.
• Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/alerting relevant to front-end applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on player/coach, leading front-end architecture, delivery, and technical execution across the team.
• Define and enforce code quality standards, including code reviews, maintainable patterns, and testing expectations.
• Ensure work is broken into incremental, releasable stories aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and back-end teams to plan integrations and deliver end-to-end user experiences.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and promote best practices across the front-end team.
