Frontend Software Engineer**Frontend Software Engineer****Location:** Phoenix, Arizona **Department:** Building Technology Solutions **Reports To:** Commercial Development Manager**Summary**We are launching a **new, greenfield product**, supported by a **newly assembled, cross‐functional team**. We are seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to help design and build modern, user‐focused web applications from the ground up.This role offers the opportunity to apply frontend best practices and modern frameworks in a new product setting, while operating within the quality, security, and scalability standards of an enterprise environment. You will collaborate closely with a full-stack team to deliver intuitive, high‐quality user experiences from MVP through full production.* **What would you do as our Frontend Software Engineer** Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as **Angular 17+** (preferred), TypeScript, RxJS and component-driven frontend architecture.* Translate UX designs and product requirements into responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces* Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and data services* Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and data flows* Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, including state management and component design* Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and reliability* Support the transition of MVPs and prototypes into production‐ready frontend applications* Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation* Continuously improve UI performance, usability, and maintainability**The skills and experience you bring:*** 3+ years of professional frontend software development experience* Strong proficiency in **TypeScript** and modern JavaScript* Experience with **Angular** or similar frontend frameworks* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles* Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs* Proven experience supporting a product from MVP or prototype through production release* Strong attention to UI quality, usability, and performance* Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‐functional product teams* Experience working in enterprise development environments* Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines* Exposure to design systems or component libraries* Experience with data‐driven or ML‐enabled user interfaces* Backend familiarity (Node.js or API design concepts)**WORK ENVIRONMENT**This role is based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role interfaces with teams distributed across multiple geographies and functions, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
