Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a frontend developer to build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js in Chicago. You will craft reusable components, implement SPA patterns, and work with Hooks to manage state and side effects.

You will collaborate with designers and backend engineers, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality UI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Develop single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js.
• Work with React Hooks such as useState, useEffect, useContext, and useMemo.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive UI layouts using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI.
• Optimize application performance and improve page loading speed.
• Debug and resolve UI and application-related issues.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth.
• Write unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate through Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• React Concepts: Components, Props, State, Hooks, Lifecycle Methods.
• UI Frameworks: Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS.
• Routing: React Router.
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library.
• Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, npm.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket.
• Development Tools: VS Code, Chrome DevTools.
