Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Proven track record of improving conversion and optimizing user flows.
• Experience building and shipping production-grade, customer-facing applications.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
• Strong product intuition and ability to operate with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end frontend experience across key user flows including product discovery, menu browsing, and checkout.
• Identify friction points and optimize conversion across the funnel.
• Run rapid experiments and ship iterative improvements on a weekly cadence.
• Build high-performance, mobile-first user experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, CX, and GTM teams to align UX with real user behavior.
