Job summary

Endurance IT Services is seeking a UX/UI pro to lead front‑end modernization for a role in the Charlotte area. This hands‑on, strategic position shapes enterprise UI standards and user experience.

You’ll build and modernize Angular applications, integrate into MVC systems, and establish front‑end testing and performance practices while collaborating with Data, Marketing, and business teams. A leader in scalable UI architecture is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience.
• 2+ years with Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Experience with micro-frontend or modular UI architecture.
• Strong TypeScript, RxJS, DI, routing, and Angular standalone components.
• Background modernizing legacy MVC or monolithic apps.
• Experience deploying to Azure and implementing MSAL authentication.
• Proficient with GitHub workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑end modernization efforts and set UI standards.
• Build and maintain Angular v21 apps with standalone components.
• Integrate Angular into existing MVC systems via incremental modernization.
• Define reusable components and best practices for front‑end apps.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization with MSAL and RBAC.
• Deploy and optimize UI apps in Azure and monitor performance.
• Lead code reviews, create documentation, and guide long‑term UI architecture decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Data, Marketing, and business teams.
