Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer on the Discovery team to tackle challenges in interaction with autonomous systems and missile defense. You will work with operators, deploy in field environments, and help ensure seamless integration of Anduril products to achieve critical outcomes.

You will develop tools extending Lattice OS, collaborate with customers and engineering teams, and ship mission-critical code with a fast feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS, software eng, math or physics.
• Proficiency with web tech: React and Typescript (4–8+ yrs).
• Experience with real-time UIs and reactive libraries (ReactJS).
• Ability to understand complex systems and codebases.
• Desire to work on mission-critical software with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to extend Lattice OS for command and control, missile defense, and remote asset management.
• Collaborate with customers, product designers, and engineering teams to build new software.
• Build, test, deploy, and demonstrate mission-critical code with end users.
• Travel up to 25% for customer events and deployments.
• Contribute to reusable software components across multiple product lines.
