Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to build and own high-quality web experiences. You will work on React/TypeScript/Next.js applications, collaborating with product and design to ship polished interfaces.

The role emphasizes performance, accessibility, and thoughtful frontend architecture in a startup-like environment. You will operate in a hybrid model, with three in-office days per week in San Francisco or Boston, contributing across the stack and helping drive features

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with React, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Production-quality web apps with focus on performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver polished UI.
• Willing to contribute across the stack when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Own key user-facing experiences from concept through production.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver polished interfaces.
• Make thoughtful frontend architecture decisions around components, state management, data fetching, testing, and performance.
• Work across the stack when needed to troubleshoot issues and deliver end-to-end features.
• Contribute to product planning, technical discussions, and feature prioritization.
