Qualifications

• 3–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong frontend skills with React and NextJS, plus API know-how.
• Experience with mobile development (native or cross‑platform).
• Solid understanding of web security and performance best practices.
• Proven ability to work in fast-moving startup environments.
• Hands-on AI workflow experience with tool calls or agents.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core product features across frontend (React, NextJS, mobile).
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and sales for seamless experiences.
• Write code with AI to balance speed and quality; ship at pace.
• Help shape tech stack, architecture, and product direction.
• Tackle full-stack work from UI tweaks to database queries.
• Design and ship AI-assisted features using LLMs and tool calls.
• Build reliable AI workflows and lightweight agents with deterministic logic.
